• One to One Yoga/Meditation/Stress Management

  • Traditionally, yoga was shared between one student and one teacher, building a trusting relationship for the benefit of both. 

    One- to- one sessions  offer an ideal space to develop and deepen your practice  tailored to your specific needs at a time that is convenient for you.  

    One to One sessions are ideal if:

    • You a new student looking to learn the basics
    • You wish to deepen your current practice
    • You wish to work towards a specific physical goal, such as increased flexibility
    • You wish to develop a home yoga or meditation practice
    • You have a disability, specific injuries or health needs
    • You wish to work on mental/ emotional wellbeing, such as learning to relax, improve confidence or deal with stress
    • You struggle to get to a regular class.
  • Jane's one to one sessions are very special. She listens very carefully to what's happening to me physically and also in my life and together we work out what will be most beneficial. This helps me practice more at home and also makes classes easier, and I definitely feel the benefit. I often arrive feeling a bit tired and always leave energised and refreshed.

  • Held at 16, Falcon Close Otley LS21 3EG at an agreed time or at your home within the Leeds and wider Yorkshire region.

    £40 an hour at my house -  £60 per hour if held at your home.
